Just because you’re a small business, doesn’t mean you don’t need to spend time on strategic thinking. It’s valuable for you and the future of your business to have in place a clear plan, to sustain you no matter what is happening - from staffing issues, to supply-chain delays, to full-on global pandemic!
Businesses has developed responsive and flexible strategies to protect themselves from disruptive effects; uncertainty impacts businesses of all sizes. Larger organisations go through major change programmes, building innovative and agile cultures, pivoting their business models and trying to keep ahead of the competition in rapidly changing markets.
Why not think about your small business in the same way? Applying similar approaches to your own thinking and planning is entirely possible and this workshop will introduce ways to think about meeting your needs now and in the future.
In this workshop you will hear about

This workshop is are aimed anyone running or working either on their own or with a small team. You may have been in business for years, or just starting up; the content is appropriate whatever your stage of development.
