WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

Learn a number of tools and tricks to be more productive and get things done, even in the middle of a pandemic! We will look at how productivity is linked to happiness and in the session you will get the chance to start planning out your current workload.

During the session we will look at

• Productivity myths and truths

• Breaking down your current to do list into manageable chunks

• How to manage attention rather than time

• How Happiness and Productivity are linked

• The best productivity hacks & methods

By the end of the session you will have a range of productivity tips to try and will have already started breaking down your current to do list for a productive week ahead!

WHO IS IT FOR?

These workshops are aimed anyone feeling overwhelmed by their "to-do list" whether you be a pre-start, start-up or established business.

Please come to the event ready to engage with your camera on & able to chat to your fellow participants. This is an interactive workshop.

WHO IS JEN LOWTHROP?

Jen is Director of Feel Good Do Good, an organisation that helps 'Make Organisations Happier and Do Work Better'. Jen is an Agile Coach, Trainer and Blogger. She is is a self confessed productivity geek, always looking for new ways to get more done and always has a number of different projects on the go! Jen is also Chair of Trustees for the Peak District National Park Foundation and is passionate about the personal and environmental gains from looking after our natural world.
