Open Doors - An introduction to free business support from The Big House

WHAT IS OPEN DOORS ?

Whether you have a creative or digital business idea, have recently started up a creative or digital enterprise or have been trading as one for some time, The Big House can help take your business to the next level.

The Big House programme has already enabled many creative and digital entrepreneurs and SMEs to start up, grow and achieve their business ambitions.

This Open Doors' session will introduce you to all the FREE tailored advice and support available to you through The Big House programme.

You'll have the opportunity to discuss your plans and ideas with an experienced Business Advisor and map out a programme of support to set your business on its way.

WHAT WILL IT COVER?

The session will include:

• An introduction to The Big House programme

• The help, support and opportunities available to you

• An outline of who is in The Big House and the wider support network
• Tailored recommendations for workshops, events and The Big House mentoring programme.
• An opportunity to network with local creative and digital businesses and entrepreneurs

WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO ATTEND?

Open Doors is an informal small group session, aimed at creative and digital entrepreneurs and SMEs new to The Big House Programme. So, if you have a creative or digital business idea, are thinking about setting up a new business or becoming self-employed, or have been trading for some time, come along to find out more.

You can attend this event if:

• Your business idea is in the creative and/or digital sector*, but you are not yet trading

OR

• You are a registered business or sole-trader in the creative and/or digital sector*.

AND

• You're aged 16+
• You're based in Derbyshire or Nottinghamshire
• You haven't accessed support from The Big House before
