WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

Have you thought about whether Agile working could work for you? Do you want to understand exactly what it is and how it can help make your working life happier and more productive for you and your colleagues. This session is for anyone interested in learning more about Agile working and how it can help you and your business. We will cover:

  • Exactly what Agile is, including looking at the Agile Manifesto and how it can benefit work and life
  • How Agile is definitely NOT just for tech projects and can be used in all areas of work
  • How Agile helps you pivot and change quickly when needed and regularly listen to your customers for improved business success!
  • Practical steps for how you can start to use Agile techniques in your work life

WHO IS IT FOR?

This session is suitable for organisations of all sizes, from large SMEs with numerous different teams to entrepreneurs who work alone and want to try a new way of managing their workload. This will be a practical session we will tailor to the attendees.

WHO IS JEN LOWTHROP?

Jen is the Founder of Feel Good Do Good, a business that helps 'Make Organisations Happier and Do Work Better". Jen is an Agile Coach, Trainer and Blogger. She is also the founder of Coworking Corner, a new creative coworking space in Matlock, Derbyshire. Jen believes Agile is a happier way of working and is on a mission to prove this and that Agile isn't just for tech projects! Jen is Trustee for the Peak District National Park Foundation, loves walking and learning how we can better connect with our natural world to support our planet.

Online via Zoom - details will be sent out a few days before the event.

Please note that this is an interactive workshops - you will be expected to have your camera and microphone turned on and be able to contribute to the session throughout.
