Book Now

Using Strategzyer’s renowned Business Model Canvas and Value Proposition tools, The Big House invites creative and digital SMEs to reflect on and map out their business virtually with NTU academics Dr Lynn Oxborrow and Dr Amon Simba.

Event information / agenda

Strategyzer’s Business Model Canvas is a strategic management and entrepreneurial tool. It is a great way for SMEs to gain a holistic overview of their business as well as giving them the space to reflect, refine, plan and pivot new models and test new ideas.

In this workshop, our facilitators will support you to consider the tool in depth, help you identify challenges to growth and guide you through everything you need to know so you can do your own Business Model and Value Proposition Canvases.
