GUEST SPEAKERS : Neil Denny

Get Artisan

Neil will show you how embracing connection, complexity and autonomy will help you to drive excellence, innovation and commercial success in your own market. A talk exhorting delegates to move from merely putting in a shift to making the shift to real commitment to their work.

What does it mean to adopt an artisan mindset to our products/services and how can we communicate that to our peers, clients and marketplace? And what are the benefits in doing so?

Neil uses a framework of Connection/Complexity/Autonomy to deliver this looking at building smart connections, analogous to the guilds of old, encouraging openness to new ideas, innovating, adjacent possibilities and getting folk to embrace self-accountability and ownership of their own outcomes.
