Thanks to The Big House Project, part funded by the European Regional Development Fund, Innovate UK, the UK’s innovation agency and the Knowledge Transfer Network are bringing their Digital Drop-in format to Nottingham. The aim is to provide a rare opportunity for digital tech-based businesses to meet innovation advisers and access a range of business support. The event is the first in the new series of Elevator Tech workshops, designed to support digital and technology-based businesses in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
The Digital Business Drop-session in is being held event at Broadway Cinema on 19 April 2018, is the first of its kind in the East Midlands bringing together the Innovate UK family, including Digital Catapult and Knowledge Transfer Network. With the opportunity to meet 1-2-1 with innovation advisers, it offers tech businesses the chance to understand more about the help and advice available from organisations supporting UK-based digital businesses.
The session kicks off a new programme of tech-focused business events from The Big House partner, Nottingham Trent University. The latest Elevator series is a programme of workshops designed to support tech businesses in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. Running from April to October 2018, workshops will cover protecting and commercialising your intellectual property, embedding innovation in your business, trading internationally and an investment readiness mini-series for those seeking finance.
