We’ve teamed up with Hands on Health UK Wellbeing Ltd to deliver a well-being workshop blending elements of their mental resilience and mindfulness workshops. Join us for an afternoon exploring techniques to neutralise stress and maintain control.

What to expect

  • Identify the key stressors attendees find affect their lives/businesses the most
  • Provide techniques and exercises that can be taken away and used to instantly neutralise stress
  • Mindfulness taught through meditation skills, bringing

    attention to the breath and the body during stillness and movement
